The provisions of the make-up exam in our faculty's "Examination Directive" are as follows. (1) Students who cannot take the midterm exam apply to the course supervisor, the make-up exam of the student whose application is accepted is made on the date determined by the course instructor. (2) Students who cannot take the make-up exams due to valid excuses apply to the faculty with a petition within ten days following the end of the exam week. (3) Students' right to make-up exam depends on the following conditions: a) Official institution report on the disease status, b) The report received from private health institutions in emergencies, c) A document regarding the death of one of the relatives (mother, father, sibling, spouse, child, etc.) ç) Document received from official authorities in case of unexpected situations such as traffic accident, fire, flood, earthquake, collapse, demolition, d) Document received from official authorities in case of detention and / or detention, e) The emergence of other excuses accepted by the faculty board of directors. (4) a) In the midterm exams, if there is a conflict between the double major program and the exam schedule of the major program, a make-up exam is granted for the double major course / courses. b) If there is a conflict between the exams of compulsory and elective courses in midterm exams, a make-up exam is given for elective courses.
